Recommendation Letter Policy

Yes, I do get requests to write recommendation letters from ex-students.. and that's to be expected after having taught at a college for 2.5 years. If you worked with/studied under yours truly before and would like to request for a professional recommendation, feel free to reach out to me via email or any of my socials if you've connected with me before. I'd be glad to write up one for you!

Recommendation letters for ex-students are on a case-by-case basis; you'll be subject to my impressions of you through whatever observations I've made during your time with me. In addition, if I happen to not be working at time of request, I'm not sure if this will raise any eyebrows especially if wherever you're applying to are in any way likely to contact your listed references to hear more about you.. it's mostly got to do with having a valid corporate/company email address rather than my private one. No harm trying though!

If you would like a more immediate recommendation, I'm also open to write one for your LinkedIn profile, which would be very immediate as compared to writing up a recommendation letter. This will also be a better option if your references' integrities are on the line!
